Our client is hiring a Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative!

Responsibilities of the Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative

  • Work in the customer service role communicating in both the English and Japanese languages.
  • Utilize MS Word and Excel as needed.
  • Be interested and willing to move into sales within 2 to 3 years after working in customer service becoming familiar with our client's products.

Requirements of the Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative

  • High School is required and a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is a plus
  • Fluency in the Japanese language as well as fluency in the English language is required
  • MS Word and MS Excel is required
  • 1 to 10 years of experience is preferred
  • Very little travel in the customer service role expected

Compensation for the Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative

The targeted annual starting salary for this position ranges from $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 depending on experience.
