Our client is hiring a Buyer!

Responsibilities of the Buyer

• Identify and qualify new suppliers.
• Facilitate the quoting process with existing and new suppliers.
• Review internal purchase order requirements and issue purchase orders to the suppliers as needed.
• Negotiate short-term and long-term purchase order agreements.
• Monitor delivery dates and verify that purchased components arrive on time and within the scope of the purchase order agreement.
• Serve as the key liaison with suppliers.

Requirements of the Buyer

• One or more years of full-time experience working as a Buyer preferably within a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent benefits including career growth potential!
• MS Office including MS Excel proficiency is a strong plus.

Compensation for the Buyer

The targeted annual starting base salary for this position ranges from $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 depending on experience.
