Our client is hiring a Fastener Tooling Design Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Fastener Tooling Design Engineer

• You will design fastener tooling using AutoCAD, SolidWorks or any other CAD system.
• Layout tooling progressions for up to 6 die, 6 blow headers such as Formax headers or other brands.
• Manage your own design projects from start to finish.
• Familiarity with headers such as Formax FX33’s (3/8” with 3 stations), FX32’s (3/8” with 2 stations), FX45, FX44, FX53, FX54, FX55 or other brands other than Formax is a plus.

Requirements of the Fastener Tooling Design Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical equivalent is a plus.
• Internships or one or more years of full-time experience in fastener tooling design is a plus.

Compensation for the Fastener Tooling Design Engineer

The targeted annual starting salary for this position ranges from $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 depending on experience.
