Due to growth, our client is hiring an Industrial Designer!

Responsibilities of the Industrial Designer

• You will apply your industrial design background designing new consumer products manufactured out of injection-molded plastic and metal along sometimes with electrical types of components such as switches.
• Use SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, Corel Draw and other software to design your aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
• From a napkin sketch, develop new concepts all the way into production.
• Manage your own projects from cradle to grave.

Requirements of the Industrial Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or similar type of design background is a strong plus but most importantly a non-proprietary portfolio showing your successes in terms of creativity and launched products.
• A background with MS Word, Office, Outlook, Excel or PowerPoint is required.

Compensation for the Industrial Designer

The targeted annual starting salary for this position ranges from $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 depending on experience and qualifications.
