A family in Warren is looking for a supportive nanny for their 8-month-old. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, with flexibility.

Duties include:
Engaging the child in developmentally appropriate activities and supporting a nap and feeding schedule. Assisting the mother with preparing light meals and food for the child, bottle feedings, and diaper changes. Occasionally accompanying the mother and child to various activities such as trips to the store or swimming lessons. Tidying up after the child, light housework such as vacuuming and grocery shopping, and assisting with the child’s laundry.

Ideal nanny:
The ideal nanny for this family is nurturing, reliable, and experienced with infants. They should be mature with life experience. They must be a team player and open to a receptive and supportive relationship with the mother and father, and open to accompanying them on outings with the child. Someone who is patient and devoted to becoming an extension of this family and building a strong relationship with both parents and the child. A nanny who speaks Spanish is a plus but not required.

About the child:
This 8-month-old is a typical happy infant. He is learning new things and exploring different activities and foods. He goes to swimming lessons once a week. Heenjoys tummy time and Elmo!

About the parents:
These parents are structured, organized, and welcoming. They like to take their child out of the house for new experiences and are devoted and loving parents. They are hoping to find a nanny who is willing to work with them as a team in all aspects.

Benefits:
Salary plus paid vacation days off, paid holidays off, paid sick days off, and paid personal days off. This position will be paid on the books, with a maximum of $37 per hour gross pay (before taxes).
