More details:
A family in Florham Park is seeking a summer nanny for their precious 3.4-year-old son. The ideal schedule will be Monday through Friday from 1:30 or 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm depending on the Nannies' wants/needs. This family is open to a Nanny who would like to take on this role as a Family Assistant.

Duties:
Duties for this family include basic meal and snack prep. Cleaning up after the child eats and plays. Someone who is open to being a Family Assistant will also take on walking the dog, meal prepping, light housekeeping, and running errands when needed.

Ideal nanny:
The perfect Nanny for this home is an experienced early childcare provider. A Nanny who is a good communicator, empathic, and who will be aligned with the parents parenting approach. Someone with experience in early childhood education or developmental psychology is a plus!

About the family:
This 3.5-year-old is joyful, expressive, engaged, and funny! He is in his curious phase. Mom and Dad work hard to parent without punishments. Discipline is this home is used as skill building through leading with empathy and connection and having very clear boundaries. Some of their core values include empathy and accountability. Everyone in this home is vaccinated against COVID-19.
