Google Analytics Specialist


Reports to: Marketing Director

Role (Position Overview):

Our ideal candidate is an “all things Google” expert who exercises a great deal of ownership and decisiveness under pressure. Ideally, we are looking for an ambitious self-starter with consistent and significant SEO/Google AdWords experience. Additionally, they will possess leadership qualities and the ability to thrive in a raw, creative, yet structured and results-driven environment.

Your daily tasks will include following Google trends, creating Google Ads, performing Keyword Research, ensuring proper tagging for our brand, building out our YouTube channel, and other duties as assigned by the leadership staff. You will work directly with the marketing team to create informational and entertaining content with an end goal of attracting clients and customers.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role):

  • Build and execute strategies for each Google platform

  • Manage landing pages built internally and provide reporting to the executive team on functionality and performance.

  • Dive into Google account analytics to understand trends across advanced metrics for campaign, ad set, and ad performance

  • Create and Oversee creative team to deliver daily content and to post Google ads as needed

  • Dive into account analytics, using Google and proprietary systems to understand trends across advanced metrics for campaign, ad set, and ad performance

  • Build strategies for each social media channel, sales funnel and brand ambassador program

  • Manage landing pages built internally and from contractors and provide reporting to the executive team on functionality and performance.

  • Work closely with the sales team to strategize about marketing channels to explore

  • Proficiently work and navigate PPC, SEO, Adwords, and Youtube

Requirements (Expected Proficiency):

  • Advanced understanding of PPC, SEO, AdWords, Google My Business, YouTube Ads

  • Expert level knowledge of keyword research

  • Demonstrated and verifiable experience building YouTube pages capable of garnishing high numbers of views and subscribers

  • A logical but creative mindset, being able to take a company’s objectives and identify campaign strategy through research and analysis (i.e.: recommending appropriate keywords, targeting, interests, and more)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with vigilance, accuracy and attention to detail

  • The ability to perform daily account management and optimization of various advertising accounts

  • Experience analyzing and generating reporting for major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and more

  • Strong math and analysis skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills

  • Google Ads Search Certification

  • Google Ads Display Certification

  • Google Ads Measurement Certification

  • Ability to run and generate leads through social media platforms

Results Required:

  • Develop and maintain presence and functionality of Google ads

  • Regular reports be run on SEO and keywords to ensure lead generation and platform traffic

  • Increase audience reach on Google in accordance with company growth projections

  • Team collaboration to ensure alignment with company happenings and mission as whole
