A Flagstone Sales Rep is a driven Outside Sales Representative that attracts new customers using various sales methods (door-to-door, servicing company provided leads, presentations, promotions, etc.). The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and servicing leads.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be...

• Fully documenting new potential projects with pictures and video.
• Working directly with homeowners to sell new residential roofs.
• Cold calling potential new customers by knocking on doors.
• Helping walk customers through the insurance claims process
• Writing estimates using company software. (You can learn this quick.)
• Collecting all payments from customers and ensuring customer happiness.
• Developing relationships with insurance agents. (Expense card provided.)

• You have basic knowledge of construction or roofing.
• You’re detail-oriented, and understand the importance of documentation.
