Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Specialist that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Our Sales specialists present and sell our coaching programs . They contact potential buyers, present our products, answer questions and discuss pricing, and handle objections. Our Sales Specialists understand that the sale itself is a choreographed experience that should have the customer begging to buy by the end of the process. They manage their assigned leads and nurture positive relationships with everyone they speak with.

Who we want:

  • Individual with 2-3 years of strong HTC sales experience
  • Individual with a strong, outgoing personality
  • Individual that are competitive in nature
  • Individual that can identify customer pain points
  • Individual with a proven track record of over-achieving quota
  • Individual that is goal oriented
  • Individual with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Always have your calls recorded & in drive
  • Completing weekly reports
  • Attending team Daily Huddles
  • Attending weekly Sales Huddle
  • A laptop and cell phone

Results and Metrics

  • Maintain 30% close rate or higher
  • Maintain positive feedback from customers
  • Meet your goal for leads generated
