Our client, Roofer Profits, focuses on helping roofing businesses generate leads, manage their sales pipeline, and grow sales revenue. We are assisting with their search to identify high-impact sales talent with the ability to follow up on warm leads who have estimates in-hand from the field sales team but haven’t scheduled their project yet.
As an Online Solar Sales Representative, your primary objective will be connecting with homeowners and obtaining their signed contract. The role can be based out of anywhere in the United States; open to full-time, part-time; commission only.
You will be assigned to a specific client and act on behalf of their sales team to follow up on warm leads who have already met with and received an inspection/estimate from the field sales team
Review Xactimate estimates with potential clients, explain timelines, and schedule projects with back office
You have a strong background in solar and can explain all aspects of residential renewal energy to the most novice individual. You have experience reading estimates and Xactimate sketches and can translate them into plain language for clients
You’re a relationship builder, master connector, and passionate about helping people
You have experience navigating CRM systems and auto-dialing systems; possess your own computer, phone and internet connection
Compensation structure: 100% uncapped commission
