Green House Solar and Air, INC has an opening for an experienced sales manager in the solar industry.

Ideal candidates would have prior track record of success personally selling home improvement projects and leading a sales team of 5 or more reps to success as well.

What We Need:

• Proven track record of performing at a high level in personal sales while leading a sales team
• Ability to inspire salespeople in hitting their own personal sales targets
• Ability to put up huge numbers without feeling the need to brag about it
• Experience with CRM and monitoring daily activity
• Developing standard operating procedures
• Tech-savvy and not afraid to use social media, virtual platforms, and other modern strategies to generate new business
• Can lead by example and provide mentoring for sales team

What's in it for you:

• Multiple six-figure compensation plan. This includes a generous base and a simple (but lucrative) commission structure. The salary is based on experience and commission structure on KPI metrics- percentage's would be weighted from .25, .50, .75, 1.0.
