Territory Sales Representative

Dennis Moffitt Painting- Wakefield, RI 


This role will ensure that all sales appointments are scheduled on the first call, and customer information is collected. This role will also follow-up on sales appointments, “asking for sale”. Marketing coordination and execution is included. This role is a point of contact for prospects during the sales process, and will work closely with the Resource Coordinator to handoff sold work to Job Staging and Planning process.

 Reporting and Accountabilities required of this role: 

  • Weekly Sales Meeting with Reps and President
  • Monthly marketing meeting with President and other staff


Starting $52,000 salary draw, commissions and bonuses, W2

Average annual income, $150k, top reps making $600k

  • 4% Gross (on top of reg commission) of Prospected Jobs
  • Monthly Bonus for Monthly Goals Hit
