A-List Builders is hiring an Office Manager

The Office Manager works directly with the CEO in establishing, implementing and refining company systems and processes by understanding company goals to determine strengths and weaknesses of current systems in order to further streamline operations. The ideal candidate would be a strong individual that takes initiative in determining current priorities, establishing new processes and integrating them into current structures.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Understand, enforce & improve company systems & processes

  • Lead and inspire staff
  • Drive initiative and vision
  • Implement systems
  • Vet new software and systems

What would make you stand out:

  • High level executive administrative experience with process development and tracking implementations experience.
