Social Media Community Manager

The SMASH Co. is in search of a full-time Social Media Community Manager to foster business relationships with entrepreneurs and contractors via various online platforms. The Social Media Community Manager will be the face of SMASH online. Only friendly, outgoing, and confident candidates with excellent communication skills need apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in various online communities and social platforms, fostering relationships and actively driving engagement with current and future clients
  • Generate leads organically through consistent and professional communication online
  • Lead a private Facebook group of SMASH clients to build lasting relationships, obtain valuable feedback, and create advocates for our brand
  • Qualify all leads per SMASH protocol and eligibility measures
  • Manage SMASH’s social media channels
  • Build brand awareness and grow audience with cohesive, on-brand content
  • Import leads into SMASH sales CRM with accurate documentation about suggested next steps
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure proper follow-up with all leads

Requirements and Proficiencies:

  • Has to be active personally on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin. We must be able to find your profile.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing personality; unafraid to engage strangers in conversation
  • CRM Experience
  • Experience in creating consistent messaging on social media
  • Social media marketing

Please note that this is a full-time, in-house position located in St. Louis, MO. There is no remote option available for this position.
