Key Responsibilities Include:
• Following up on leads
• Writing up detailed estimates
• Resource management, project delivery, development of agreements/contracts
• Monitor project schedules and budgets
• Build client relationships, trust, and loyalty
• Enhance the work and careers of teammates through continuous mentoring, training, motivating, and support

• A strong sales background is a plus
• Experience in Construction, Home Improvement, Renovation, or similar is preferred

• Great personality and people skills
• Proven ability to identify and solve problems and resolve conflicts
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively balance workload
• Must be able to adapt to new situations and learn new skills
• Personally and professionally motivated towards success
