Role (Overview of the position):
The Full Cycle Recruiter is the liaison between the client and the rest of the recruiting team. This key player has a strong recruiting or sales background and gets the client excited about the submissions the recruiting team puts together. They will also be in charge of interviewing, and qualifying candidates for submittal to the Director of Recruiting. The Full Cycle Recruiter has to be an experienced interviewer who has confidence that all submittals are of hiring quality. In addition, they also need to have experience handling high-volume accounts, and great communication skills while dealing with candidates in a professional and effective manner. This is a full-cycle opportunity that is structured to move into overseeing a team of numerous recruiters (expected within the first few months).
Confirm that interviews are scheduled daily and update candidate records in ATS
Review received assessments daily, attaching to candidate record in ATS
Follow SMASH protocol for reviewing assessments to ensure that viable candidates meet minimum scores for the intended position.
Conduct thorough interviews and generate excitement about the opportunity to prospective candidates.
Follow up with candidates that need to complete the assessment.
Draft candidate submittals and send to the account manager
Always connect with people per each week through linkedin, facebook, job boards, industry blogs and social media groups, that have relevant experience to the account that you are working on.
Utilize all methods of communication to ensure that interviews are taking place (confirmation or rescheduling) . Phone calls, emails, texts
Document feedback to bring to weekly recruiting meetings
(Tasks associated with the role):
Help conduct initial intake calls with all new clients and establish candidate profile and KPIs (key performance indicators).
Become familiar with marketing requirements, compensation structures, job duties, etc. for each assigned account.
Help conduct new account meetings with the team and communicate the specifics of what is required of that role
Set up the new account in ATS
Help conduct strategy meetings with recruiting pods to ensure that they understand what the client is looking for.
Review all Recruiter submittals and submit all candidates to clients for interview
Make updates to the ATS setting as needed
Conduct all client follow up to ensure interviews are being completed
Receive all client feedback and give directive to the team as needed
Prepare reports for meetings
Update candidate records appropriately
Support client through the hiring process
Posting in our groups to build authority, rapport & leads
Connecting, posting, and commenting on industry-specific social media groups offering solutions
Generate new recruiting clients
Build a network of potential leads
