Client Care Specialist

SMASH (Wasmer Engineering) - Sheboygan, WI

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Client Care Specialist serves as a critical point of contact for clients with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provides primary support for the Operations Department. The ideal candidate is goal oriented and has a deep knowledge of client service best practices.

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  1.  Process sales orders using the Fishbowl software.

  2.  Verify data accuracy on all orders.

  3.  Prepare and send client invoices.

  4.  Coordinate logistics

  5. General administrative project management

  6.  Participate in weekly department meetings

  7.  Communicate important feedback from customers internally.

  8. Maintain and update client inventory database.

  9.  Assist in purchasing of products and materials and vendor purchase order follow up.

  10.  Manage vendor quotes and pricing.

  11.  Provide clients updates on order status.

  12.  Manage sales samples with sales team and distributors.

  13.  Actively participate with Business Development on Business Development goals to assure metrics are met.

  14.  Maintain a high level of product knowledge.

  15. Assist with other duties as needed to assure that all operations run smoothly.

QUALIFICATION and WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  1.  This is a full time in-office position.

  2.  Previous work experience in client service preferred.

  3.  Experience and understanding of all Microsoft ® Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and

    Outlook).

  4.  Excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal.

  5.  Must be able to multitask and maintain outstanding organizational skills, as well as the ability to work

    under strict deadlines.

  6.  A team player with a high level of dedication to the team.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

1) High School Diploma

2) Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

1) Regularly required to stand or sit, reach, bend and move about facilities.

2) Physical activities include use of your arms, and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing,

lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials.
