Director of Sales and Operations

• Recruit new and experienced agents to the company

• Ability to express our value over the competitors

• Develop and maintain marketing systems and manage a CRM of potential recruits

• Plan and lead sales meetings

• Plan and conduct existing sales training

• Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new agents and admin

• Daily monitor company culture and adherence to beliefs and values

• Assist in keeping a positive thriving environment to increase individual agent production and company growth

• Lead and inspire staff

• Drive the brokerage initiative and vision. Maintain accurate sales records and accountability numbers of each agent and company

• Keep track of sales P & L for initiatives lead generation etc.

• Attend Remax and Industry functions to continue to be relevant and proactive as a team

• Hold admin staff and agents accountable for customer service scores and referrals

• Implement systems

• Vet new software and systems

What would make you stand out:

• High level executive administrative experience with process development and tracking implementations experience.
• Familiarity with the EOS business model.
