In this role, you will be afforded the opportunity to wear many hats and participate in multiple aspects of the project and will be exposed to some nationally recognized projects. This organization participates in national technical organizations so you will be involved in these presentations and organizations

This position will work under the direction of the design manager to perform engineering design work on water, wastewater, sewer, water pipelines, and stormwater treatment and conveyance infrastructure projects

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of reports
• Development of plans and specifications for potable water projects
• Preparation of cost estimates for various design stages, from conceptual design through final design. Assistance with construction administration
• Permit preparation and alternative analysis
• Participation in field activities such as pilot testing and construction observation
• Participate in research studies as assigned
  

If you have a Bachelor's and preferably a Master's Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering, your Professional Engineer's license in VA or the ability to obtain through reciprocity and a minimum of 5 years of water and wastewater design experience, send your resume in strict confidence to take that next exciting step in your career!
