Desired Skills:

• Minimum 5 years experience with civil site design projects
• Desire to lead and grow and manage projects- if you are not there yet, you will receive mentoring in this area
• Ability to communicate with clients
• Ability to help mentor junior-level EIT's
• Professional Engineer's license in NC or the ability to get within 6 months through reciprocity
• Relocate Assistance provided to qualified candidates
