Senior PM/Architect-What you need to be successful:

• 15 years of professional experience.
• Professional registration preferred
• Exceptional project management skills with experience managing large complex projects
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of approaches, conclusions and alternatives
• Forecast potential problems and navigate to favorable outcomes.
• Experience leading, managing and mentoring a team
• Experiencing with negotiating project scope and fees
• Knowledge of basic accounting as it relates to project profitability
• Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with project management software, Ajera, Microsoft Office, Newforma, etc.
• Ability to work with Business Development to prospect new clients, develop new business, and foster relationships
