Desired Skills and Experience:

• Professional Engineering license in either electrical or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience in either EE or ME engineering role
• Ability to interface with clients and lead successful project teams
• Desire and ability to lead and mentor staff and help grow the technical team
• Business development and marketing are not the number one priority since the firm has a robust inhouse architecture group
• Very reasonable expectations for utilization rate since this is a leadership role
