Must haves:
1. Strong Revit skills – having completed multiple CD sets in Revit (knows the difference between Bim LOD 200, 300 and 350), and ability to model, create elevations with custom millwork details for projects of at least $20M.
2. FF&E experience on projects of at least $500K, those with $1 million in experience even better.
3. Helpful if they have managed others work before.
4. Also helpful if interested in being included in the development of RFPs and Interviews for Business Development/Marketing
5. Able to travel with no issues up to 25% of the time. For example that might look like a couple weeks of travel every week for a few days in those weeks, to three weeks without travel, it ebbs and flows but we need someone that can truly travel as needed. Travel is a big part of our culture.
6. Ability to lead and willingness to support. (need someone who is humble/a good team member)
It would be great if they are also NCIDQ certified, but that is not a deal breaker, though we would encourage them to get it.
