Our client, a leading ABA therapy company, is seeking a proactive and strategic ABA State Director to oversee full operational management in one of their key states.

The ideal candidate will focus on driving business growth, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and leading all hiring, firing, and team development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full state operations, ensuring all programs run smoothly and meet performance expectations.
• Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, fostering partnerships, and achieving revenue goals.
• Lead all hiring and firing processes, ensuring a high-performing team with strong ABA expertise.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining top-tier quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with the executive team to set and meet strategic goals for the state’s performance.
• Monitor and manage state budgets, optimizing resources to meet financial targets.
• Act as the primary problem-solver, addressing escalated issues related to operations, staff, or clients.
• Provide strong leadership to inspire and align the team with the company’s vision and goals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare or ABA therapy industry.
• Proven expertise in business development and growth strategies, including client acquisition and retention.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing ABA therapy or healthcare services.
• Excellent team leadership and development skills, with experience in hiring, firing, and coaching staff.
• Budget management experience, including the ability to monitor expenses, optimize resources, and drive profitability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and foster teamwork.
• Problem-solving mindset, with a track record of successfully addressing complex challenges in operations or team management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and systems, with the ability to implement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
