Our client, a prominent and highly regarded real estate company with an extensive portfolio of properties, is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced On-Site Property Manager to become an essential part of our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the property with 500 residential units. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all properties under your care maintain the highest standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and overall appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the entire property, including the residential units, common areas, and amenities.
- Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
- Ensure timely collection of rent and other fees from tenants, handle delinquencies and implement appropriate measures to maximize revenue generation.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to carry out repairs and ensure the property is well-maintained at all times and address tenant-reported issues promptly and efficiently.
- Foster positive relationships with residents and address their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay informed about landlord-tenant laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance with relevant statutes. Handle lease violations and evictions following legal procedures and in coordination with legal counsel, when necessary.
- Monitor property conditions and take proactive measures to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in property management or a related field, demonstrating a track record of successful property management and team leadership.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, encouraging cooperation and high performance among staff members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle resident concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Demonstrated skill in analyzing complex situations, identifying solutions, and making sound decisions to resolve issues.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, enabling efficient multitasking and effective property management.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the property is well-maintained and meets high-quality standards.

Salary: $150K
Compensation: $150,000.00
