Our client, a telehealth service company is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Telehealth Outreach Marketer to expand their telehealth services by building strong partnerships with social workers, hospitals, patient caregivers, and home care agencies.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in networking environments and understands the healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including social workers, hospital staff, caregivers, and home care agencies.
• Promote telehealth services and educate partners on how these services benefit their patients.
• Build and manage a growing book of business through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Attend networking events, healthcare forums, and community meetings to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of referred patients.
• Track outreach activity, referral outcomes, and engagement metrics.
• Provide feedback from the field to help improve marketing strategies and service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical field, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operations.
• Experience in healthcare marketing, outreach, or business development, preferably in telehealth or home care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and patient care coordination is a plus.
• This role involves fieldwork and remote communication.
• Flexible schedule with occasional in-person meetings or events.
• Must be comfortable traveling locally to meet partners and attend events.
