The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency across all construction sites.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage site project managers to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and quality across construction sites.
• Oversee the coordination between site and office operations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any operational challenges.
• Collaborate with other executives to align operational goals with the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in construction operations, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals.
