Our client, a leading ground-up construction company, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Interior Design Project Manager to oversee interior design projects from concept through completion.

This role requires a strong blend of creative vision, project coordination, and client communication to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of interior spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior design projects across residential and commercial developments.
• Collaborate with architects, construction teams, vendors, and clients to align design goals with project execution.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Source and coordinate materials, furnishings, finishes, and design elements.
• Ensure design plans comply with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between design teams and construction crews to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage change orders and proactively address project risks or delays.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in interior design project management, preferably within construction or development environments.
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• May require travel between project sites.
