Our client, a leading clothing and apparel company, is seeking a highly organized Inventory Manager with expertise across eCommerce, wholesale, and retail channels.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless inventory management, maintain optimal stock levels, and create strategies to manage overstock while leveraging tools like Microsoft Excel to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels across eCommerce, wholesale, and retail channels, ensuring accurate and timely replenishment of SKUs.
  • Develop and implement processes to track inventory movements, minimizing discrepancies and optimizing stock accuracy.
  • Analyze stock performance and create strategies to manage overstock, including specials, promotions, and clearance events.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and prevent overstock or shortages.
  • Maintain detailed SKU-level reporting, using advanced Excel functions to generate actionable insights.
  • Ensure inventory data integrity by conducting regular audits and addressing discrepancies promptly.
  • Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory turnover and stock availability.
  • Work with logistics teams to streamline inventory flows, reducing lead times and ensuring on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management within retail, eCommerce, or wholesale industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in SKU management, with a strong understanding of product categorization and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated success in creating strategies for handling overstock, including promotions and clearance sales.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and detail in inventory tracking.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams effectively.

Salary: $100K
