Our client, a leading real estate player in the Tri-State region, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Property Manager with expertise in large-scale renovations, rebranding, and operational oversight.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the transformation and performance optimization of a few hundred multifamily units in the Baltimore market, driving renovation initiatives, increasing occupancy, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring superior operational standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily properties, ensuring alignment with company goals, budgets, and renovation timelines.
Develop and execute comprehensive renovation plans, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality upgrades on time and within budget.
Lead the rebranding strategy for the portfolio, ensuring consistent execution across marketing, signage, leasing, and tenant experience.
Monitor and improve property financial performance by analyzing budgets, variances, occupancy, rent growth, and operational efficiencies.
Hire, train, and manage on-site staff and regional teams, fostering a high-performance culture and accountability.
Implement and ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, safety standards, and property compliance regulations.
Serve as the primary liaison between ownership and site-level operations, providing regular performance updates, forecasts, and strategic insights.
Drive leasing strategies and marketing initiatives to increase visibility, attract qualified tenants, and reduce vacancy across all properties.
Qualifications:
5+ years of multifamily property management experience with a leadership role overseeing 100+ units.
Proven track record managing large-scale renovation projects and repositioning multifamily assets in urban/suburban markets.
Strong financial acumen with experience creating and managing multi-million-dollar property budgets and renovation capex plans.
Deep knowledge of property operations, lease-up strategies, vendor management, and maintenance best practices.
Exceptional leadership and team development skills with experience managing multiple on-site teams across locations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with ownership, tenants, and third-party partners.
Proficiency in Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management software, with strong Microsoft Excel capabilities.
