Our client, a growing home care agency, is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with expertise in strategic leadership, operations management, and business growth within the healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the company's success, overseeing strategic planning, operations, finance, marketing, and human resources, while leading the business with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth, maximize profitability, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive the agency’s growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion.
- Oversee all business operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
- Lead financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing profitability to support sustainable growth.
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and expand service offerings.
- Build and manage a high-performing leadership team, fostering a strong company culture aligned with the agency’s mission and values.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the home care industry, maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives to build a skilled, motivated, and engaged workforce.
- Serve as the face of the company, nurturing key partnerships, client relationships, and stakeholder engagements to strengthen the agency’s market position.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role within the healthcare or home care industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability in a dynamic environment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, P&L responsibility, and strategic resource allocation.
- Expertise in marketing and business development, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a history of building cohesive teams and fostering a positive organizational culture.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities to effectively represent the company at all levels.
