Our client, a leading provider of construction safety supplies, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Multi-Channel Account Manager to launch and lead their e-commerce initiatives with top-tier accounts like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.
The ideal candidate will drive growth through strategic account management, from optimizing product placements and pricing to building lasting partnerships with e-commerce giants, ensuring seamless compliance, and maximizing sales performance across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with major eCommerce accounts like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.
- Work cross-functionally to enhance product listings, develop pricing strategies, and drive promotional efforts across eCommerce platforms.
- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, negotiating advantageous terms and securing prime product placements.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, industry trends, and competitive movements to fuel continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for eCommerce partners, swiftly resolving issues and maintaining a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure all product listings meet regulatory standards by collaborating with compliance teams and regulatory agencies.
- Deliver regular performance reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and market analyses.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce account management, ideally within consumer goods or retail, demonstrating proven sales growth.
- Strong negotiation abilities to influence decision-makers and secure strategic terms with major eCommerce players.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex strategies and ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools to drive insight-driven decision-making and optimize eCommerce performance.
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms and tools, including Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and similar channels.
- Experienced in project management, capable of balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of motivating and leading teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Salary: $150K
Compensation: $150,000.00
