Our client, a leading medical billing company, is seeking a results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) with expertise in operational leadership across multi-location setups, including offshore facilities.
The ideal candidate will oversee all operational aspects of the company’s domestic and offshore locations, implement KPIs to drive performance and optimize systems and processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of two New York locations and an offshore facility, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with company goals.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure operational success and drive continuous improvement across all locations.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of systems, workflows, and processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
- Drive strategic initiatives to expand operational capacity, improve client satisfaction, and support revenue growth.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality medical billing services by maintaining rigorous quality control measures.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational targets while controlling costs.
- Act as a key liaison between the offshore team and domestic operations to ensure clear communication and unified objectives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of proven experience in operational leadership, with a strong focus on systems, processes, and multi-location management.
- Expertise in developing and utilizing KPIs to drive operational efficiency and performance.
- Strong understanding of medical billing operations, including regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and align domestic and offshore operations to achieve company goals.
- Proficient in operational systems and software commonly used in medical billing and healthcare administration.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and locations.

Salary: $250K
Compensation: $250,000.00
