Our client, an architectural firm is seeking a Facade Designer to lead the design and detailing of building envelopes for multi-family residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction techniques, and will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure aesthetic and technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and detail facade designs from concept through construction.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and material selections for facade systems.
• Collaborate with project architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate with fabricators and installers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, energy performance standards, and project requirements.
• Utilize Revit and other design tools for documentation and visualization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facade design or building envelope detailing.
• Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
