Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a meticulous Chief Financial Officer with expertise in managing financial operations within the manufacturing industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the finance team, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, cash flow management, bank loans, payroll, and overall financial strategy to drive the company’s financial health and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the company's financial stability and compliance.
- Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Implement cost accounting practices to monitor and control production costs effectively.
- Manage cash flow, optimizing liquidity to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Handle bank relationships and loan negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to maintain robust internal controls.
- Collaborate with senior management to support overall business goals and drive strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior financial role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Adept at negotiating favorable terms for loans and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.
- In-depth knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Expertise in using financial management software and advanced Excel techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.

Compensation: $250,000.00
