Our client, a service-based company in the construction industry, is seeking a results-driven Sales Director with proven expertise in sales strategy, team leadership, and talent development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and scaling the department by recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales talent to meet aggressive business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and expand the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and maintaining a culture of high performance.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets in the competitive construction services market.

  • Monitor key sales metrics and performance KPIs to ensure accountability and continuous improvement across the sales organization.

  • Identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence.

  • Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of sales team members to support rapid departmental growth.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics and positioning.

  • Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role within a service-based or construction-related industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in high-growth environments.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to hire, train, and mentor a diverse team of sales professionals.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and motivate internal teams.

  • Experience developing and executing scalable sales strategies in B2B environments.

  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines and performance.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and make strategic adjustments.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Salary: $150K




Compensation: $150,000.00
