Our client, a manufacturing and eCommerce brand, is seeking a highly organized Amazon Listing Associate with experience in eCommerce coordination, Amazon marketplace operations, and product lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of products across Amazon, the company website, and internal product workflows, supporting multiple departments while maintaining content accuracy, timelines, and vendor coordination with a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Upload, optimize, and maintain Amazon listings to ensure product details, media assets, and documentation are accurate and suppression-free.

  • Monitor and report Amazon listing performance, manage advertising budgets, and execute FBA shipments with timely follow-through.

  • Collaborate with R&D, creative, and marketing teams to align content updates and product launches with promotional calendars and sales events.

  • Maintain and update website content schedules, ensuring all product pages, manuals, and media are current and error-free.

  • Track product development tasks in Asana from prototype to launch, coordinating with internal and external teams to meet deadlines.

  • Enter, update, and monitor purchase orders, return authorizations, and inventory transactions.

  • Generate regular reports and maintain up-to-date sales forecasts, compliance documentation, and product specifications for cross-functional access.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a buying, merchandising, or eCommerce support role.

  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including listing management, ad budgets, and FBA processes.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a track record of maintaining accurate content across digital platforms.

  • Effective written and verbal communicator who can coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, vendors, and logistics teams.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to manage reports, calendars, and forecasts.

  • Self-starter who follows up relentlessly and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Salary: $80K




Compensation: $80,000.00
