  • Foster a collaborative, positive environment aligned with company’s core values and culture.
  • Maintain open communication with team members, ensuring trust, transparency, and accountability.
  • Oversee the replenishment of all shelves and inventory emptied during the day shift to ensure readiness for the next production cycle.
  • Monitor production flow and ensure that night shift operations stay on track, addressing any bottlenecks or delays immediately.
  • Coordinate with day shift management to ensure smooth transitions and accurate handoffs.
  • Enforce all safety protocols, perform regular safety checks, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise machinery and equipment functionality, working with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
  • Track attendance, productivity, and key performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, promoting accountability and engagement.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and fairness when handling employee concerns or conflicts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing, logistics, or production.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, workflow, and safety protocols.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in high-volume operations.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to connect with and support diverse team members.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Sense of urgency and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
