Our client, a real estate company, is seeking a proactive Leasing Manager with expertise in tenant acquisition, property marketing, and lease negotiations.

The ideal candidate will manage rental properties, attract and screen tenants, execute lease agreements, and ensure high occupancy rates. This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants and property owners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Market available rental units through online platforms, social media, and local networking.
• Conduct property showings, answer inquiries, and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process.
• Screen and qualify tenants, ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to promote retention and minimize vacancies.
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure units are move-in ready and well-maintained.
• Analyze market trends and rental rates to remain competitive and attract quality tenants.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Knowledge of local rental market trends and fair housing regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with tenants and property owners.
• Proficiency in property management software and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet leasing goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings, applications, and contracts.
• A valid real estate license (preferred but not required, depending on state regulations).

Salary: $120K + Commission
