Our client, a growing company specializing in office furniture and public space installations, is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Project Manager with strong experience in overseeing complex projects from quoting to final delivery and installation.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of client relationships and project execution, from onboarding new clients, managing communications, coordinating vendors, and ensuring flawless delivery, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end project management, from initial quoting and proposals through delivery, installation, and final handoff.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client communication, managing expectations and ensuring high satisfaction from onboarding through project completion.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors, factories, installers, and internal teams to keep all aspects of the project on schedule.
  • Review project layouts, specifications, and designs, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the sales and account management process by fielding inbound inquiries and turning them into successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or account management, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to serve as the main client-facing representative.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and third-party installers.
  • Familiarity with reading specs, layouts, or technical drawings in commercial furniture/interior projects is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with project management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $130K




Compensation: $130,000
