As an Executive Assistant, you will be a key member of a team who like to have fun, as much as they like working hard to create amazing candidate, consultant and customer experiences. You will be an exceptional communicator (in both written and verbal form).

•Provide support to CEO and other assigned team members, staying in close communication with each to ensure that you are on top of his or her evolving needs

A Day in the Life:
•Prepare Company Communications
* Proactively manage calendar, schedule and travel arrangements
•Coordinate meetings with internal teams and clients including: scheduling, booking conference rooms, ordering food, set up and clean up
•Schedule and coordinate external client meetings as needed
•Help plan offsite events, anywhere from 10 – 200 people
•Respond to emails, phone calls/texts
•Assist with projects and tasks as needed
•Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting high-level executives in a fast-paced environment
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of work experience (Business Administration, Marketing & or Communications)
• Exceptional work ethic, proactive mindset, and a sense of humor
* Solid Excel, Powerpoint and office productivity tools.
* Ideally, experienced in Social Media platforms such as Linkedin, FB ect
