Senior Associate or Manager needed for accounting consulting firm to work on strategic financial and accounting projects for Fortune 1000 companies and other large organizations. Work can include M&A, carve-outs, IPO preparation, Revenue Recognition projects, etc.
Compensation and benefits plans are lucrative and generous! An increase of 50% in package is typical. Travel opportunities are available - these are a choice and amount of travel is at your discretion.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, or progress towards, preferred.
• Required: 2-3+ years of relevant Audit experience & Technical Accounting experience in Big 4 (or top 5) CPA firm.
• Strongly Preferred: 1 full year as a Senior Audit Associate
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Services Board (FASB) rules and standards.
• Strong computer desktop skills required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e., macros, pivot tables, etc.) desirable.
• Demonstrated career progression and job stability.
