Private equity fund or hedge fund tax experience is necessary for these roles.  Tax Manager (4-5+ years), Tax Senior (2-3+).  Join a growing private equity fund administration firm.  This role is remote with requirement of 22 days in DTC office/year (average less than 2 days/month - can travel in!)

Responsibilities:

• Federal and State tax compliance for client private equity funds.
• Understandant client partnership agreemends
• Coordinate with client and with tax authorities
• Coordinate with auditors
• Manage special projects
• Directors will lead, direct and coach and do final review.  Managers will increasingly  review, supervise, training, and evaluation tax staff.  Seniors will prepare and begin to  supervise, train, and evaluate junior level staff

Background:

• Bachelor or Masters in Accounting
• CPA
• Private equity tax experience
• Tax partnership experience
• Masters of Tax, JD is a plus
