Who You Are:

You are fluent in French (speak/read/write). You are an energetic, professional self-starter, and you enjoy working primarily from a home office/telecommuting environment. You have at least 2 years of experience working in a customer service environment, managing and supporting large key accounts. You are service oriented with a commitment to excellence and high standards and can see yourself working and growing with an industry leader.

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative you will provide professional and efficient order management and fulfillment services to existing customers and the field sales team. You will strive to retain present customers and develop new business by creating a superior service experience, suggesting additional services and products to serve customers’ needs. You’ll act as a liaison between the logistics and outside sales team.
