Who you are:

You are familiar with claims processing and all standard concepts, practices, and procedures of quality monitoring in the tire industry. You are analytical and know how to monitor the market to support the company’s goals. You are not afraid to be hands-on and have experience with fleet inspections and scrap tire analysis.

Your Role:

As a Technical Claims, you’ll be responsible for processing claims while adhering to policies and procedures within the guidelines of the company’s warranty process. You’ll work together with customers and the in-house team, to ensure the claim is properly settled. You’ll support the customers through your technical knowledge, inspections, and addressing product quality claims, and you’ll train them about best practice for optimum performance.
