You take initiative, are creative, self-disciplined, and possess great analytical skills. You can easily interpret different technical aspects of product use, have great troubleshooting skills, and experience with processing claims.

Your Role:

As a Technical Services Associate, you’ll be responsible for processing claims while adhering to policies and procedures within the guidelines of the company’s warranty process. If not in the plant, you’ll be on the road supporting your customers through your technical knowledge, inspections, and addressing product quality claims.
