You’ve developed sales strategies and have worked with different departments in order to increase the company’s goals. You enjoy leading a team, and are a true people person. You’ve earned a BA or AA degree in a related field or 10 years of customer service and sales experience.

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Manager you’ll provide direction and leadership to the Customer Service employees, while being responsible for customers satisfaction and market share within the region. You’ll work on different projects toward achieving company goals.
