Your Role:

You will provide leadership within our controls engineering group. In addition to developing our younger engineers, you’ll develop maintenance workforce and cross-train with our experienced engineers you’ll provide solid safety solutions to complex automation processes. By developing, modifying and troubleshooting machine automation controls and processes, you’ll contribute greatly to improve production efficiency, reduced waste, and reliability. You’ll be responsible for scheduling, budgeting, and developing relationships with vendors, OEM’s, and contractors. All in all, you will improve understanding and troubleshooting skills of our multi-craft maintenance workforce.
