Who You Are:

As a people person, you have experience mentoring, leading and coaching a group of people. You know tires and have been a key contact for different key customers in the assigned area.

You can easily strike a conversation with all levels of management and have hands-on experience in the field.

You have CRM experience, 6+ years of experience and a BA degree, all of which are required for being considered for this position.

Your Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be leading a remote team, including both inside and outside sales representatives. You’ll be involved in B2b and field sales, while developing the business and working with the existing key customers.

 

Travel Requirements:

  • 70% with overnights
