Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000, based on experience.
• Health Insurance: Employer pays 75% (Approximately $80 per pay period).
• Dental and Vision Insurance: Available.
• Retirement Plan: 401(K) with a 4% match.
• Student Loan Repayment Program: Eligibility ranging from $50,000 to $100,000.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 vacation days.
• Personal Time: 4 hours.
• Continuing Education: 2.5 days off and $1,200 annually for CME.

Responsibilities:

• Duties: Conduct mental health assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and provide therapy for individuals and groups.
• Collaboration: Work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Clinical Autonomy: Independently manage patient care.

Requirements:

• License: Active LCSW or LCAC license in Indiana.
• Experience: Welcoming both experienced clinicians and new graduates.
• Commitment: Passionate about delivering empathetic, patient-centered mental health care.
